职位描述：
1. Advise customers and customer agencies in design preparation.
2. Inspect incoming data files, transparencies, illustrations, graphic elements and artwork.
3. Optimize and complete designs by using specific software (Photoshop/Illustrator…) to create the graphic elements.
4. Prepare qualified proofs(computer proof/test proof…) and concerned documents for customers.
5. Coordinate / advise cylinder manufacturers in data files, computer proof-print preparations and cylinder production.
6. Coordinate Printing manager in colours / inks composing in printing.
7. Coordinate Production Department and cylinder manufacturers in cylinder production planning.
8. Inspect incoming cylinder proof/prints to deliver qualified cylinder plates to production.
9. Implement 5S and other projects in PrePrint department;
10. Fully commit and work on OPEX projects in PrePrint department.
1. 在设计开始时给客户和客户的广告公司提供可行性建议。
2. 检查收到的设计文件的透明度、图像、图形等设计元素是否符合要求。
3. 使用专业的图像处理软件（Photoshop/Illustrator…）按照康美包生产工艺要求对设计进行优化、调整。
4. 准备合格的样张（电脑样/测试小样……）和有关资料给客户。
5. 协调/指导版辊制造商对数据文件的处理和电脑样、辊筒样的制作以及版辊的生产。
6. 与印刷部经理协商设计分色/叠色。
7. 在版辊生产计划中负责协调生产部门和版辊制造商。
8. 检查收到的版辊/样张，确保释放合格版辊到生产。
9. 执行印前部门5S和其他项目。
10. 全力支持印前部门的OPEX 项目。

1. Bachelor degree in Photographic Science & Printing Technology, Graphic Designer or related fields.
2. Experience in Macintosh computer and computer graphic programs, i.e., ArtPro, Photoshop, Illustrator, FreeHand and QuarkXpress.
3. At least 3 years experience in packaging PrePrint process or related field is preferred.
4. Good knowledge in English language both in speaking and writing.
5. Good PC skill in Microsoft Office programs.
6. Good communication skills and willing to work hard.
7. IT-Tools (SAP, CAD, etc.).
