职位描述：
Responsibility:
1. Develop, implement and maintain a consistent Quality Management system in alignment with the Company’s objectives and in accordance with IATF and other applicable regulatory requirements, and the special QS requirement from customer(such as Ford Q1, QSB, QSB+, etc)2. Monitor, evaluate, and analyze KPI of quality system.
Define and lead quality continuous improvement initiatives to continuously improve the quality systems, other quality KPIs.
Involve in other area’s CI programs
3. Plan and organize internal system and process audit (VDA6.3) and management review, provide comprehensive review of Quality System compliance and effectiveness.
Lead customer QS audit and 3rd party QS audit
4. Set up and maintain the system
5. Develop subordinate on quality skill and quality knowledge, per personal develop plan.

Requirement:
1. At least bachelor degree
2. A minimum of 3 years’ experience working on quality system engineering of ISO9001/TS16949, at least 1 year’s experience on Ford Q1,QSB+or QSB.
3. Must be an assertive team player.
