? Supervise all the activities of materials/products planning and control, including the capacity planning and demand forecasting by business areas and master scheduling. Arrange production schedule reasonably to control the efficiency. Control stock level to reduce the storage cost on the premise of meeting production need.
? Optimize material and production planning strategies, provide proposal in development of objectives, policies and processes for efficient material planning, continuous improve inventory turns over.
? Strive to fulfill commitments made to customers in terms of quantity, quality and deadlines. Lead planning team to monitor workshops production plans, seeking ways to optimize constraints of deadlines, quality, levels of stocks, work force and tooling load by using of production overall planning, levels of stocks of raw materials/work in progress/finished products, production capacity in equipment/ tooling/work force.
? Provide CAPEX proposal by analyzing yearly capacity basing on budget and forecast.
? Planning KPI monitoring, reporting and attaining.
? Manage basic data creation and change to ensure data quality for BOM, Routing and Item.
? Special monitor the materials/components/finish products inventory while there is change. Liaise with Sales and Procurement better control materials inventory to reduce the write-off.
? Simulate and analyze the work loading to propose optimization of the planning. Manage and train team members to achieve department targets.
? Coordinate with relative functions to ensure ERP system running effectively. Take an active role in the SAP project and perform
