职位描述：
1. Cooperate with cross function team closely, to solve emergency quality issues in first time e.g. customer complaint.
2. Customer service including customer quality complaint handling, FAV inspection and follow up. To meet customer requirements in terms of quality with high efficiency and effectiveness.
3. Monitor monthly quality index e.g. customer ppm, initiate 8D / A3 activities to improve product / process quality towards customers’ concern.
4. By using quality tools as 5whys, fish-bone chart, to lead team to work out root cause and make corrective action plans.
5. Follow up the corrective actions by PDCA cycle, e.g. FPY improvement.
6. Initiate process quality activities according to TS16949 / VDA6.3 requirements, e.g. 8D / PFMEA / Quality Control Plan / SPC / MSA
7. Set up quality process control documents e.g. PFMEA or QCP, regular review and update them, especially in case of customer complaints.
8. Formulate quality weekly and monthly reports.
9. Handling of process quality related scrap issues. Follow up scrap reduction continuous contribution.
