职位描述：
1.Minimum of three years of experience installing, configuring and administering clients in a Windows networked environment (Microsoft Windows 7).
2.Experience deploying operating systems and applications (Microsoft Windows 7, Office 2013).
3.Familiar with the client administration capabilities of Windows Server (Microsoft Windows Server 2012 and 2012R2) and with management tools such as the Microsoft System Center 2012 R2 suite of products.
4.Any IT certification would be an advantage
5.Knowledge of Cisco network devices (firewall, switch, proxy)
6.Knowledge of at least one service desk system (Service Desk or Service Manager)
7.Knowledge of some CAD/CAM/Quality software (installation and maintenance)
8.ITIL Foundation certified a plus
9.Fluency in English, writing and speaking
10.Any other language would be an advantage
11.Ready to be in stand-by during the week-ends (usually once a month)
12.Ready to work on a night shift weekly basis


1.Level 1 and level 2 enterprise support
2.User management through Active Directory
3.Client operating system and software installation, update and maintenance
4.Client operating system and software packaging and deployment with Microsoft SCCM 2012 R2
5.CAD/CAM/Quality software installation, update and maintenance with Siemens NX 9
6.Local companies application servers installation, update and maintenance
7.Documentation writing
