Sub-vertical business Intelligent Building
Department/Segment Sales
Geographic areas region (based in South China)
Reporting line Sales leader, Intelligent Building Greater China
Location Shenzhen or Guangzhou
Role and Responsibility:
- Hold overall accounts growth responsibility for intelligent building business in Greater China region. Build and improve customer intimacy through innovative ECE activities.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts through a series of new product introduction, demand creation and share gain activities.
- Develop growth strategy and action plans for creating new customers and new specific traders.
- Continuously improve sales efficiency and effectiveness through strategic thinking, planning and execution.
Requirement:
- Sufficient business experience in sales and/or marketing and customer interactivity.
- Good Business acumen and agility; Good communication skill, Influence and leadership power; Strong sense of ECE and Customer Touch Point.
- Optimally have a deep and broad knowledge of TE’ technology and product portfolio.
- Relevant business experience in elevator, lighting, security & safety, HVAC industries will be an added value.
