2 不断优化团队的流程、表单，确保明晰高效
3 确保客户的图纸规范澄清优化得到持续改进
4 不断优化供应链技术体系策划方案， 确保技术管理高效、实用
5 研究技术规范，形成系统化的归纳总结，确保客户接受经济、可操作的规范和方案
6 确保产品技术问题快速、有效的处理
7 确保供应商技术体系的适宜性、完整性、有效性，并确保其持续改进
8 确保客观的评价与有效的激励，推动团队健康发展
任职条件 Job Qualification
1 机加工行业或船舶行业及相关工作经验，具备一定的管理经验
2 熟悉相关绩效考核与精益管理体系；
3 熟悉掌握钢结构行业和相似行业的技术规范和标准
4 具备良好的团队管理能力、沟通、协调能力
5 熟练使用office、CAD、Solidworks等办公软件，熟悉ERP业务
6 熟悉QMS&EHS体系
7 熟悉质量工具，具有丰富质量问题处里能力
