职位描述：
? Lead day to day communication with customers, perform daily integration of customer requirement with EDI / WEBEDI/ Others, respond to questionnaires/ request of information in timeous man-ner 保持与客户的日常沟通，通过EDI和WEBEDI以及其他方式管理客户的需求，及时回复客户的问题
? Conduct demand critical analysis to secure consistent planning and address deviation with the customer 执行需求关键分析，以确保计划的稳定性，并及时跟客户沟通偏差
? Define rolling Master Production Plan based on production capacity, taking into account firm orders, demand forecast, Inventory, in alignment with S&OP decision 根据产能，结合订单，需求预测，库存，S&OP决定，制定滚动的主生产计划
? Elaborate Leveled Production plan and ensure alignment with oth-er key functions ( Production, Maintenance and Materials Plan-ning) and Plant Management validation 与其他关键部门（如生产，维修和物料计划）保持紧密沟通，阐述均衡化的生产计划，并得到工厂管理层的认可
? Track and measure Master Production Schedule consistency to-wards S&OP and Production execution through adherence rates
? Identify gaps in timely manner and work out contingencies with required functions 跟踪和衡量主生产计划的稳定性，与S&OP的吻合性，以及生产执行的符合率
? Support S&OP process meetings to review service levels, perfor-mance, inventory strategy, customer deliveries and resources plan 支持S&OP流程，回顾服务水平，绩效，库存策略，客户交付以及资源计划等
? Delivery reconciliation with customer管理客户的月度对账
? Coordinate Phase out and Engineering Change Request to mini-mize obsolete 协调淘汰零件以及工程变更零件的计划，最小化废弃零件成本
? Tasks assigned by superior 上级交办的其他事项


Minimum 2 years’ experience in Production Control / Production Management / Customer Service / Materials Planning 至少2年生产控制/生产管理/客户服务/物料计划等相关经验
? Excellent communication skills are required 极佳的沟通能力
? Good sense of consensus 较强的协调并达成一致的能力
? Expertise and experience in MRP / ERP systems with excellent general computer skills are required 对MRP/ERP系统的应用经验，以及极佳的计算机运用水平
? Sound proficiency in Production planning 极强的生产计划专业技能
