职位描述：
AMSS China Dalian QRC Coordinator
Overall Goal:
This position is to support Dalian QRC management in goods declaration, tracking, payment and documentation. The position holder will be also responsible for the administration work as per QRC operations requirement.

Principal Accountabilities:
1. To manage the material flow in and out the QRC, and tracking the status;
2. To help the supervisor to issue the production affairs and file it;
3. To claim the goods from custom for importing and exporting in 1 working day;
4. To advise shipment process to achieve high efficiency and save cost;
5. To ensure On-Time-Delivery requirements are met;
6. To perform purchasing order and deal with office facility purchasing;
7. To prepare SHEA files and deal with administration affairs;
8. Other responsibilities to be determined as needed.

Key Result Areas:
1. Keep the office well organized;
2. Keep all the documentation well filed;
3. Make sure the goods are declared on time.

Education/Experience Required:
1. College education or above, major in Mechanical Engineering or related;
2. Good team-work spirit and communication skills, active work attitude;
3. Honesty and integrity are both required;
4. At least 1 years of custom clearance experience is preferred;
5. Fluent English in writing and speaking;
