Job Description
? Level 2 support for ERP and interfaced applications in Asia Pacific, focusing on manufacturing and costing module.
? Assist other regions with support during their off hours for urgent issues/requests and in an active role as agreed up by both regional directors.
? Administer and supervise applications in area of expertise following global standards.
? Assist sites with technical issues, calling upon the global application team and external suppliers as necessary.
? Roll out ERP projects for Asia Pacific sites aligned with global standard solution.
? Make suggestions for improvements to the global application team and the Regional Application Manager.
? Lead and document the regional implementation of application projects with the support of the global application team.
? Train Level 1 on specific application areas with the accompanying standards, policies and best practices.
Required Skills
? Strong knowledge of ERP, manufacturing and costing system background will be big plus.
? Experience in implementing ERP system, and project management experience will be plus.
? Ability to bring solutions to complex business problems.
? Good database development skill, MS SQL server knowledge will be plus.
? Good command of English and mandarin in both oral and written.
? Ability to effectively function in a diverse, multicultural environment.
? Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
? Able to travel.
