JOB SUMMARY
The purpose of this role is to deliver the assigned territory’s sales growth objectives through the execution and implementation of the MMS Sales strategy. The Sales Engineer will achieve the sales targets by maximising opportunities at existing customer accounts and developing new business opportunities by providing highly effective technical service and bespoke solutions to customers and distributors. The Sales Engineer will work closely with the MMS Technology Team to develop and realise new product development opportunities.

TYPICAL JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
1.Develop and grow long term relationships with Customers by managing and understanding customer requirements and providing the right product and service solutions, technical assistance, product education and training.
通过对客户需求的理解和管理,提供合适产品和解决方法、技术支持或产品培训,发展同客户长期的合作关系。
2.Identify and investigate new opportunities through effective market analysis to support the development of new products and the penetration of growth markets for existing products.
通过有效的市场分析来找到新的销售机会,支持新产品开发,和增加现有产品新的应用。
3.Increase share of wallet at existing customer accounts by identifying and acting on step-change opportunities and through professional account management.
通过行动和专业客户管理方法增加现有客户的业务份额。
4.Work in partnership with the MMS Technology Team to establish and realise new product development growth opportunities.
通过与MMS技术团队合作,建立和实现适合新商机需要的新产品开发。
5.Manage territory order book, provide customer quotes, provide after-sales support, pursue late payments, record and maintain customer data on Salesforce.com and ensure all customer information is accurate and complete.
管理在手订单,提供客户或经销商报价及售后服务支持,回款协助,及时记录和维护SALESFORCE.COM 的客户资料,确保其信息的完整准确。
6.Support Sales Manager/Director in contract negotiations to meet both customer and company needs.
协助销售经理总监完成合同的签订。
7.Analyze costs and sales, understand sales deviations within the territory, implement pricing policies within market segments, prepare reports and analysis as required.
对所在区域进行市场分析及销售业绩汇报,找出未达标原因,制定相应对策,如价格调整等。
8.Identify opportunities to improve MMMS marketing materials and business tools, work as an ambassador for the MMS brand through attendance at Trade Shows and exhibitions as required.
通过参加行业展会,树立摩根MMS良好品牌形象,对提高MMS市场宣传提出建议。
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
1.Bachelors Degree in Foundry Engineering, Metal Materials Science, Metallurgy or equivalent combination of education and experience.
铸造、冶金或金属材料专业学士学位。
2.Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in process engineering or technical support. Must have sales and territory management experience with distributors and direct customers.
以上相关专业3-5年的工作经验,包括技术支持或工艺设计或生产制造, 以及直销和经销商区域管理经验。
3.Technical knowledge in refractory, foundries, aluminum die casting or furnace applications.
具备在铸造、铝合金压铸或工业炉应用等领域相关专业知识。
4.Experience in foundries, industrial consumables or furnace applications preferred, should be handling some territory independently. 有铸造、工业消费品或工业炉应用经验的优先。
5.Able to work in a fast moving dynamic environment.
能够在动态多变的环境下工作。
6.Computer literate with experience of working with MS Office and CRM systems (Salesforce).
能够熟练使用MS Office计算机应用,及CRM软件。
