职位描述：
Job Requirements & Competencies
1. Bachelor degree of science, majoring mechanical or engineering preferred.
2. At least two or more years experience in the relevant position.
3. Be familiar with ISO9000/TS9000-quality management systems
4. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Office software.
5. Skilled use of SPC to do process control.
6. Analysis and solve problem with PDCA for continuous improvement.
7. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing.

Main Responsibilities & Tasks
1. Implementation of departmental objectives.
2. Handling customer complaints, monitoring the inspectors’ daily work.
3. Through regular quality meetings to solve quality problems.
4. Review criteria development and training.
5. Develop control plan and PPAP document.
6. Maintain the continuous improvement of product quality.
7. Participate in customer audits.
8. Periodic evaluation and audit vendors.
9. New supplier selection and evaluation.
10.Nonconforming products handling.
11. To help production department reduce the PPM.
12. Timely finish other tasks or work assigned by superiors.
13.IPQC management experience will be preferred. 举报 分享
