职位描述：
岗位要求：1.有2年纺织工作经验2.外贸/纺织/染整/语言类专业3.熟练的英语书信口语能力4.熟练office5.有较强的学习能力和配合能力6.具体薪资根据经验和能力面谈。

TASKS & DUTIES：
1. Make identification of factories and negotiation of price, payment terms, deliveries etc
2. Confirm Vendors lines and Capacity statements.
3. Problem solving. Ability to anticipate and identify problems early in the tine line process so that strategies can be created to stay on time.
4. Making documentation and other related works of export goods, interaction with Sales dept on merchandising issues
5. Assist daily order follow up; Track orders and follow up as required.
6. Control orders in right quality with right delivery;
7. Work closely and cooperate actively with sales team, team members, QA team, Shipping team and suppliers to ensure products meet specification/quality standard, also to achieve purchasing targets and cost saving, understand needs & create a strong communication channel with all departments.
8. Prepare & participate together with the production leader to the development & negotiation meetings with buyers etc.
9. Follow up and track an order from the beginning up to the shipment in all stage, and visiting the factories on a regular basis to control orders status etc.,
10. Daily communication and negotiation with suppliers.
11. Secure deadlines to ensure on time delivery.
12. Confirm and communicate any exception reports with production leader and factories.
Provide true and complete set of document to QC/QA Department in order to further process. 举报 分享
