职位描述：
Job responsibilities
？ Be responsible for the safety and environment of the plant;
？ Ensure the manufacturing quality and cost efficiency;
？ Training to new recruits regarding the standard procedure and proper tools / machines;
？ Supervise the mechanical assembly and commissioning of machine; fulfil machine delivery target;
？ Organize worker resources and material with other department to fulfil production target;
？ Analysis the issues happening in production about resources, equipment, assemble and make the improvement;
？ Complete and optimize the assembling process, assembly standards and SOP document;
？ Work closely with other internal departments;
？ Other works assigned by the Plant Manager.

Requirements
？ College degree or above, major in mechanical manufacturing;
？ Experience in Machine Building Industry is a must .
？ Experience in Installation / Servicing at customer site is a must .
？ At least 5 years management and supervisory experience in a multinational manufacturing company;
？ Fluent in Chinese and English language;
？ Honest and ethical in business handling;
？ Strong leadership skill, good communication skill and also a team 举报 分享
