职位描述：
Job Description:
Define control structure conceptual solutions based on the analysis of the specifications and taking in considerations the cost, quality and timing.
 Assurance of Technical functionally, quality, cost and robustness.
 Participate on the Core Team revisions.
 Project Automation Team leadership.
 Work closely with other Departments Team Leaders.
 Develop those routines or functions that due to complexity can not be delegated to the team.
 Customer contact when required to clarify / discuss technical aspects
 Drive standardization to maximize efficiency.
 Efficient Management and follow up of external/internal resources involved on the automation project team.
  Lessons learnt report for future analysis (Continuous improvement)
 Actively participate in the projects Debug phase & MQ1 ensuring machine robustness and reliability.
 Assure documentation is prepared prior to MQ1 approval.

Requirement:
University degree in Telecommunications, Electronics or high experience in similar work place.
Excellent technical background in PLC programing (Siemens/Rockwell) & other devices like, screwdrivers (Atlas Copco/Desouter/Webber, scanners, presses, Servomotors( Siemens/Rockwell/Bosch)
High skills in a technologies applying to Automotion machines.
High/Medium English level
Full availability to travel globally ( 40-60% of the time depending on the projects
