职位描述：
Responsibilities
*Reporting to Head of Legal based in HK, you will be required to provide legal support to the Group where the full range of legal covers matters on general commercial, corporate, compliance, intellectual property, employment, property and regulatory issues.
*Assist the team with the coordination of PRC work and work closely with departments and external counsel;
*Work will also cover matters on an operational basis where your assistance will be required with advice on strategic decisions, managing workload, reviewing and implementing company policies and providing training to employees;.
*Perform ad hoc assignments as required such as tender projects.

Requirements
*Bachelor Degree or above in Law. Successful completion of PRC bar examination is a must;
*Minimum 3 years’ post qualification experience gained in private practice together with 3 years’ relevant experience gained in an in-house environment;
*Exposure to agro-chemical / pharmaceutical / chemical business with knowledge in the regulatory area would be a definite advantage;
*Excellent problem-solving, analytical and organizational skills;
*Meticulous, independent and self-motivated;
*Sound interpersonal and communication skills are essential;
*Proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential;
*Proficiency in MS Office applications;
*Able to work in a dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks with minimum supervision, particularly where work covers different jurisdictions;
*Able to work under pressure and against tight deadlines

职责
*全面参与集团公司中国区内的日常法律工作
*负责起草、审核及监督各类型中英文合同协议，如，商务、知识产权合同，劳动合同等有关法律文件的履约；
*对内部各项指示、决议和计划的规范性和合法性提供法律意见
*负责协调与公司外部律师事务所、司法机关、仲裁机构的关系
*为公司经营管理提供各类法律咨询意见；规避公司可能面临的法律风险
*完成上级主管交代的其他有关公司法务方面的事务

任职要求
*法律院校统招法学专业本科或以上学历毕业, 通过中国司法考试
*6年以上相关经验，有农化，制药，化工领域行业工作经历优先
*具有良好的分析、处理、应变及独立解决法律问题的能力及组织协调能力
*良好的沟通能力，充满活力，并有团队合作精神
*思维敏捷缜密，工作严谨务实，能承受较强工作压力
*英文沟通、读写熟练，可作为工作语言
*精通MS Office等办公软件
