职位描述：
Key Responsibilities:
? Promotes and provides technical engineering support for Molex by interacting with customer engineers (mechanical and electrical) and program/project leaders in ways that result in successful new product opportunities/solutions and increased revenues.
? Builds successful engineering and marketing contacts and working relationships at all key areas of the customer that establishes Molex as a technical leader in the areas outlined by management directives and strategic initiative planning.
? Gains understanding of customer requirements and translates those requirements into initial concepts, product designs and Molex technical proposals
? Assists the sales force and customers by providing information related to initial concept design, prototypes/samples, electrical and mechanical test data, presentation materials, technical support, part drawings, product specifications and other issues as required.
? Analyze customer requirements and complete or guide the design of solutions to effectively meet those requirements in a timely manner.
? Interfaces with internal departments (engineering, manufacturing, quality, lab, sales and marketing) to ensure design objectives are met in a timely manner and assists by providing product information, engineering samples and technical advice.

Qualifications and Skills:
? Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or other related technical degree, preferred Electrical engineering background
? 5 - 8 years of experience in electronic connector/cabling related design, preferred Product design experience in RF connectors cable assemblies
? Strong 3D CAD background especially in the field of solid modeling
? Knowledge of manufacturing methods and techniques
? Project management skills
? Capable of working in a fast paced environment with frequent priority changes
? Excellent communication skills – written and verbal, including English Language
? Customer interaction experience
? Good technical writing and presentation skills 举报 分享
