职位描述：
Responsibility:
- Provide pre-/post-sales support to APAC distributors and customers regarding product application and selection, installation, implementation, user training, etc.
- In charge of customer’s daily requests via mail and phone call.
- Provide technical service for product repair if needed.
- Exploring new applications of product based on market request, organize resource for application verification and testing.
- Support Marketing department for tradeshow, conference, seminar, etc.
- Prepare technical documents of products for, e.g. marketing activities, Newsletters, etc.
- Coordinate among business units, local sales office, customers and technical team for technical related issues.
 
Requirement:
- Master above in Physics, Optics, Optical Engineering, or Material Science
- Excellent experience in scientific optical instrumentation, optical spectroscopy and laser application required
- Good knowledge in Optics, Optoelectronics and Electronics.
- Hands-on experience in optics lab required 举报 分享
