职位描述：
工作职责 Responsibility:
？Purchases needed parts and maintenance service from qualified suppliers
从合格供应商处采购所需的零部件及维护服务
？Prepares and follows up purchase orders
负责合同评审、订单处理及跟踪
？Oversees the delivery performance of vendors.
监控供应商的交付绩效
？Check invoice and submit payment request on time
？审核发票并按时提交付款申请
？Update suppliers and materials information in the system
？及时在系统中更新供应商及物料信息
？Assists with Supervisor to source and secure qualified vendor needed by company
协助采购主管收集并挑选符合公司要求的供应商的信息
？Assists with Supervisor to negotiate with vendors in terms of price, availability, delivery, payment, after service, etc.
协助采购主管负责同供应商在产品价格、有效期、交货时间及售后服务等方面进行协商
？Reviews vendor quotations and negotiates contracts within budgetary limitations and scope of authority.
在权限及预算范围内比较供应商的报价及采购合同；
？Discusses defective goods or services（any deviation of shipment/ quality/ quantity etc） with corresponding personnel, department and take corrective actions
遇到不良品或劣质服务（交期、质量、数量等）时，与相关部门取得联系并采取措施予以纠正
？Other tasks assigned by supervisor
