职位描述：
? Influence and execute Action plans, in Line with Global and local strategies
? 能够执行行动计划并与全球及当地采购策略一致
? Is responsible for supplying internal / external customers on time / in full with RM team
? 负责与原料团队共同按时按量供应内部/外部客户原料需求
? Is responsible for purchasing Raw Materials, including consultation, negotiation, offer analysis, recommendation, value analysis, etc...
? 负责采购原料，包括开发供应商，谈判，分析，建议，价格分析等
? Will contribute to achieving the targets : PPV, Cash, OTIF delivery, RFT, Control of the Inventory
? 达成业务指标：降低成本，改善付款条件，按时按量交货，材料来货合格率，库存控制等
? Project management including profitability analysis
? 项目管理
? Optimize RM purchasing process etc.
? 优化原料采购流程等
? Suppliers Management (audit, evaluation, etc…)
? 供应商管理（审核，评审等）
岗位要求：
? 10-years college or above, major in chemistry is necessary
? 10年以上本科毕业经验，化学专业
? Minimum 5-years experience in Purchasing, in Cosmetic, and/or Chemical, and/or Pharmaceutical Industry.
? 至少5年采购经验，化妆品，化学或制药行业相关
? .Experience in Multinational company is preferred
? 有跨国公司工作经验优先
? Be familiar with supplier management, purchasing process and import & export trade process.
