职位描述：
Job Summary:
Responsible for raising the Delivery Team more focus on enhancing customer service level and building the foundation for customer growth, and also can support Customer Experience team get moreprofit from customer side; can find more business opportunity in existing customers. Responsible for delivery partners’ training and development. And to hold Delivery Team accountability and loyalty.

Major Responsibilities 主要职责:
-Partner Management - Recruit, train, motivate, and develop Partners to ensure their long term professional growth.
-Customer Service & Delivery - Identify and resolve customer concerns timely and responsible for meeting and exceeding China customer satisfaction goals.
-Growth – Ensure that every service opportunity is being met in existing customers.
-Through effective communication & negotiating skills, ensure that Cintas is gaining customer acceptance on product that is lost and or damaged by customer. And gaining quick customer agreement on delivery, meet/exceed AR requirement
-Customer Retention – Minimize the amount of lost business for the location.
-Route Schedule – Create and execute an efficient route schedule per the China Service Model. Monitor adherence to set schedule and modify as additional customers are attained.
-Material Cost – Train and hold SSRs accountable for meeting China goals in the area of material cost spent to maintain accounts related to size changes, garment upgrades, and lost replacement charges.
-Responsible for Delivery team locker, truck and other vendors’ management.
-Policies and Procedures – Implement and enforce compliance with all appropriate Cintas policies and procedures.
-Health and Safety – Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and healthful work environment.

Job Requirements岗位要求：
-Bachelor Degree or above, plus 5+ years working experience which including at least 2 years 20+ people’s team management experience. Related customer service experience will be preferred.
-Good English skills on written and verbal.
-Customer service oriented with good communication/interpersonal/negotiation skills
–Express self in a professional and effective manner when interacting with customers and other partners.
-Competitiveness – monitor and anticipate competitive activity and provide manager with competitive intelligence.
-Organization/Time Management - apply learned organizational and time management skills to maximize time and results.
