职位描述：

【岗位职能】

1、协助制订完善、组织实施人力资源管理有关规章制度和工作流程； 　　

2、发布招聘信息、筛选应聘人员资料； 　　

3、监督员工考勤； 　　

4、组织、安排应聘人员的面试； 　　 　　　

5、管理一线员工人事档案，维护人事系统； 　　

6、制作一线员工工资;　　

7、协助处理劳动争议、工伤事件； 　　

8、需不定期出差

【岗位要求】

1、人力资源管理、行政管理、中文、文秘、汉语言文学及相关专业大专以上学历；

2、从事人力资源工作2年以上，具备hr专业知识；

3、具有良好的书面、口头表达能力，具有亲和力和服务意识，沟通领悟能力强；

4、熟练使用常用办公软件及相关人事管理软件；

5、了解国家各项劳动人事法规政策；
