Job Responsibilities:
1. This sales assistant is responsible for sorting, filing & maintaining the business database and documents including the orders, contracts, and the products/ customers information
2. Also responsible for collecting and cataloging the business data, help the sales manager for the statistical analysis
3. Assist the sales manager in paperwork preparing, orders follow up in an efficient and effective way
4. Utilize the tools to track the program, look for ways to debrief and improve current processes to enhance efficiencies
5. Translate between the customers and the factory to ensure the customers' feedback is respected and needs are met
6. Keep communicating with multiple supporting teams in the factory to streamline the working process and make sure the finished products are in good condition and be delivered on time
7. Responsible for checking the payments from the customers and verifying the accuracy and the timeliness
8. Assist the sales manager to prepare for the factory visits including the PPT preparation, samples making and display, customers' entertainment
9. Be responsible for the samples collecting, making, confirmation, inspection etc. to ensure the products are what customer wanted
10. Be the backup during the absence of the sales manager, relay the message to the sales manager or senior managers and follow up on behalf of the manager with the guidance of the manager
11. Complete the other work assignments from the sales manager
Qualifications and Core Competencies:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in business or other profession in related fields
2. Japanese native speaker or strong oral and written communication skills with fluency in Japanese, as well as in English and Chinese
3. Relevant industry experience related to the Japanese market is a plus
4. Knowledge of manufacturing process is a plus
5. 2+ years of experiences in International trade practice, knowhow of the import/ export procedure
6. Work proactively, and be a quick learner
7. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
8. Have the team spirit, great sense of responsibility and the sense of urgency
9. Proficiency in MS office software including xls, word, PowerPoint etc.
