职位描述：
I. Position Summary
Position reporting to
The person will assist Retail Specialist China for Retail Sales development in TR distribution including sale & marketing analysis, merchandising follow-up, promotion incentives arrangement, order tracking, BA team development and other administration.

Il. Position Responsibilities (expected Work)
? Consolidate & analyze monthly sales reports from retailers
? Liaise with BA team to gather market trend & competitor promotion information
? Contact vendor/contractor to follow up with visuals update in store
? In charge of monthly IPR order placement for BA incentives/training gifts/ merchandising tools and product inventory arrangement; IPR to be sent by RS to Mkg and finance
? Liaise with MKT to get product information and packshot for retailer on-line multi-language information update & maintenance
? Liaise internally with domestic market and externally with retailer to update & maintain HP list
? Assist in quarterly training preparation including venue booking, training tools arrangement
? Maintain merchandising POS bible
? Other administration

IV.Skills & Competencies
Perfume and Cosmetics industry knowledge desired.
Ability to excel in a multinational environment
PC software skills: Microsoft Office applications
Fluent Mandarin and proficient in English.
Excellent verbal and written skills in Chinese & English. Proven skills of organisation and follow up.
Self-motivated, self starter
Ability to work in a team with high dedication. Always participating actively in all functions
