Key Performance Areas
This position will report directly to CN Luxury market planning leader, and this position will act as an interface between CN Luxury Marketing/Sales organization and the supply chain department globally;
1. Responsible for both Mid-term and long-term demand planning for rolling 18 months;
2. Closely work with marketing, finance, and field sales team to drive forecast assumption clarity and accuracy improvement;
3. Closely work with global supply planning, logistic team, and customer service team to ensure the supply and improve customer service;
4. Maintains and updates forecast data into JDA system;
5.Work closely with global deployment and local MKT team to develop purchase order plan;
6. Proactively work with commercial team to capture the risk& opportunities into forecast;
7. Continuously to drive post tracking and learning sharing for New Initiative and events/activities for benchmarking;
8. Develop & optimize forecast process to drive inventory reduction and cost saving;

Must-Have Requirements
1. College Degree or above;
2. At least 3 years track record of demand planning and supply planning;
3. Knowledge and skill on planning systems (eg. JDA , SAP APO DRP);
4.Demonstrated ability to work across functions/levels; to proactively bring the right people together with the right information at the right time;
5.Strong analytical skills and intuition to integrate data from different sources and make reasonable conclusions in an environment of demanding deadlines and time frames;
6.Strong Leadership skills and a track record in implementing new processes and delivering results;
7.Good command of local languages and English
Preferred Requirements
1.Relevant experience in customer service or planning area;
2. Excellent Microsoft office tools, especially in EXCEL
