职位描述：
Requirement
1. Bachelor Degree in Computer Science (or related) with more than 4 years of work experience in Windows based software development; or Master Degree with more than 3 years of work experience.
2. Good understanding of Java development and testing technologies and related frameworks, such as Hibernate, Struts, Selenium, etc.
3. Good knowledge about general principles of web applications, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Web Servers, XML, cross-browser support.
4. Working experience in Java web projects is essential.
5. Good general knowledge about Object-Oriented concept.
6. Good spoken and written English skill is a must. Good technical English documentation skill is a big plus.
7. Willing to work in a team.

Responsibilities
1. Architecture, design and implementation of software solutions, also participate in testing and technical documentation.
2. Support team members on complex solutions and technical difficulties.
3. Communicate with Chinese colleagues as well as co-workers in German headquarters on various project related topics on a daily basis.
