Leads and drives cost saving program, and provides the cost saving
measure for clients and ensures the cost saving report is approved and
signed by client representatives

Works out STP CAPEX plan and financial report. Checks fixed assets
regularly and disposes Abandoned Assets
？ 更新“业务回顾”，并参加客户组织的会议
Updates “Business Review” related presentation material, and attends
the “BRT” meeting
？ 执行SOX 控制流程，指导并监督现场的执行情况；并协助客户财
务总监执行内部审计
Practices Sox Control process and instruct points on-site, guides and
monitors the sites to ensure the implementation fully complies with
criteria; Supports WR BC in the internal audit；
？ 协调付款事宜
Coordinates on payments affairs.

Ensures accuracy, timeliness & consistency of site economic and
financial data & reports

Gaps Analysis on income and profit.
？ 跟进付款状况, 办理索迪斯发票事宜;
Follows up payment and ensures timely AR, manages Sodexo
Invoice issue
？ 与行政助理核实员工考勤，确保数据准确; 协同人力资源部门完成
员工工资发放，协调解决员工的工资问题. 处理员工费用报销
Coordinates with on-site Facility Assistant to verify attendance record
and ensures the accuracy of data; Assists HR department to deal with
staff’s salary issue; Disposes expense claim and reimbursement of
Sodexo staff.
？ 为设施管理团队及新入职的员工提供必要的财务培训
Provides necessary training on finance for FM team and new
employees.
？ 提供支持给设施团队解决OPEX 和CAPEX 等财务问题
Provides assistance for FM on OPEX and CAPEX issues.

任职要求
Qualification & Requirements

Bachelor degree or above
？ 财会金融等相关专业毕业,
Finance, Accounting or other related majors
？ 工作经验
Working Experience
？ 5 年以上财务管理相关工作经验
5 years and above experience in Financial Management

？ 熟悉财务管理相关制度和流程
Be familiar with the systems and procedures pertaining to Finance management
