岗位职责:
1、Being the HR partner of all business functions in Giant KONE frontline for all HR related issues with diversified HR resources. Follow and execute the policy of the company and HR department, complete the management of transfer, training and labor relationship for daily operation.
2、Getting involved in some HR projects and being the owner of HR process optimization.
3、Work together with functional HR (C&B, Staffing, Training, etc) to ensure a smooth connection of HR team and provide better service to business.
4、Operational
Responsible for policy and filing for regional supporting.
Provide supports in the coaching activities on regional HR and regional BU HR on HR related skills.
Regular communication with all regional BU HR on HR activity.
Evaluate and Feedback HR activities in BU.
Provide operational guidelines and supports to all regional BU in HR related operation process.
Provide advice to regional HR in operation process improvement.
Join in staff movement activities (transfer, promotion/demotion, termination, exit interview, etc.) and report the staff turnover reasons;
Support FL HR Manager be responsible for performance management programs execution in frontline.
To support FL HR Manager to implement the successor planning and talent development
5、Organization Development
Provide supports in OD development and management tools, such as collecting organization charts etc. to help FL HR management to review and keep track of the regional business organization.
To assist FL HR Manager to develop analysis reports or documents for OD and people development process of relevant BU in FL HQ.
Draft and outlines guidelines to regional HR supporting on OD activities.
6、To support regional HR for the implementation on operational activities.
7、To develop the action plans from results of employee survey. Supporting the development of action plans and process refinement approaches consistent with Organization Development initiatives.
任职要求:
1、Bachelor or equivalent
2、5 years of human resources experience
3、Strong interpersonal skills, good communications skills, creative, innovative, resourceful and analytical personality, coaching skills, ability to work well with different levels of people and under pressure and be open to criticism and suggestions.
4、Self-motivated and Achievement-orientated
5、Experience of web-tools is an asset
6、Fluency of English
