岗位职责:

Responsibilities:
? Work with project teams in multiple geographic regions to support are existing Informatica environment
? Execute performance tuning and capacity planning
? Plan, document, and lead environment patching and upgrades
? User access management and periodic access reviews
? reate/maintain technical infrastructure documents
? Troubleshoot production related issues and provide timely resolution
? Participate in a rotation based on-call support schedule
? Work with multiple projects simultaneously
? Follow current administration standards and suggest additional ones
? Participate in established change control process for the promotion of objects/changes into production
? Help developer solutions to ensure they have been both performance tuned and include applicable exception handling notification
? Create/maintain validation scripts/plans
? Contribute to development of new processes and the continuous improvement of existing processes, leading to operational excellence
? Be able to learn existing systems and troubleshoot issues/questions
? Acquire knowledge and serve as the backup system administrator for a secondary non Informatica system

任职资格:

Job Requirement:
? Strong experience with multiple tool sets within the Informatica Product suite, including Power Center, Power Exchange, Informatica Data Quality, B2B Data Exchange, and B2B Data Transformation
? Strong experience with Unix/Linux commands, scripting and concepts
? Experience in design, implementation of Data Integration processes in a high volume, complex multi-source environment
? Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
? Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
? An organized self-starter with a collaborative work style, focused on customer service, and ability to multitask.
? 5+ years’ experience administrating Informatica PowerCenter, B2B Data Exchange, and B2B Data Transformation integrating with SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft SQL Server, and other data sources
? Solid knowledge of Oracle SQL, Microsoft SQL, Unix Scripts, database query and tuning concepts, both at application and database levels
? 5+ years’ experience using PL/SQL
