职位描述：
Key Tasks:
1) Researches and develops sources of supply, preparing bid specifications, requirements and issues citations bid reviews of specifies Products and assemblies
2) Specifies procedures for procurement departments and suppliers, as a topic assigned to categories of materials that require a certain.
3) Support suppliers with requested information and deal with technical knowledge
4) Maintaining the sourcing and purchasing policy and ensuring that all purchases adhere to it.
5) Follow the regulation lines, the executive management and set the company policy as well.
6) meet deadlines, budget guidelines, delivery scheduled and quality standard
7) Assisting and closed with auditing and evaluating Management, Production, Purchase activities details to Finance and controlling
8) propose to choosing the suppliers that the company will deal with and maintaining the legal interaction with them.
9) Support managing any SLA (Service Level Agreements) that may be in place and managing any Master Agreements between the suppliers and the company.
10) Liaison with other departments, particularly the accounting, manufacturing and warehouse and account department.
Skills/Qualifications:
Bachelor degree, mechanical background, experience in technical sourcing or as purchase supervisor.
- Three plus years experience working as a member of sourcing Department with purchaser's
- Opportunities in negotiation skills and able to deal with suppliers
- Qualification include the ability to analyze technical data in suppliers' proposals; good communication, negotiation and mathematical skills; knowledge of supply-chain management; and the ability to perform purchase analyses.
