职位描述：

Essential Functions, Roles and Responsibilities:

o 进料检验：

· 进货检验，依据产品图纸和技术规范要求对产品进行尺寸和目视检验

· 根据AQL要求进行抽样检验

· 对样品进行首样检验

§ 对不符合图纸要求和其他规范的产品开具NCR报告并负责追踪处理

§ 协助协助质量主管或工程师对NCR进行调查

§ 其他主管安排的检验工作

o 产品终检：

§ 现场阀门装配和测试的进程控制

§ 对不符合装配测试工作程序和工程技术要求的产品开具NCR并负责追踪处理

§ 产品发运前的最终检验确认

§ 最终检验文件包的整理

§ 其他主管安排的检验工作

o 量具管理：

· 对量具使用情况及校验状态的管理

· 负责量具内校工作及外校量具的联系追踪，校验报告的文件管理

· 负责平时量具的清洁维护

· 量具检验情况的系统录入管理

Education, Training, Experience:

· 中专三年以上工作经验，大专两年以上工作经验；

· 机械专业毕业优先

机械行业工作经验优先

Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

· 了解质量体系的工作知识,机械和液压经验。

· 必须理解、使用和合理地应用尺寸检验设备如OD和ID千分尺,卡尺,深度量规、螺纹检验设备的所有类型。

· 能够看懂和理解机械零件的工程图纸
