Office Manager
Position: Office Manager
Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities:
1. Supervise overall admin functions including office supplies purchasing, travel, pantry, reception service functions related to admin, security, office equipment leases etc.
3. Formulate & maintain office policies & procedures according to the Director guideline
4. Provide support to all departments as per request
5. Work professionally, hands-on in a fast growing organization
6. Coordinating with HR related duties and outsourced accounting
7. Translation files & emails and Interpreting in meetings and business trips
8. Handle the expatriates' work permit and residence permit renew and application
9.Following up all the projects and maintain good relationships with the clients and all the suppliers.
10. Assisting the Director on the simultaneous duties.
Area-17 team offices are specialized in Interior Design for retail, residential, workspaces, show rooms and F&B, serving very well-known and prestigious companies.
The candidate will have the opportunity to grow in a fast way in an established Italian atmosphere office.
Education & Qualification
Bachelor degree in English or administration or relevant majors with at least three years MNC working experience in office administration area.
Knowledge & Experience
1. Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal (English and Chinese)
2. Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
3. Ability to work independently and efficiently
4. Able to work under pressure & excellent team work player
5. Excellent computer skills; MS Office proficiency. Graphic design software skills is an advantage
6. Intelligent, reliable, patient, sharp, quick, outgoing, personable, and sociable
7. Nice presentation (dress professionally)
8. Office administration experience in a multi-cultural MNC environment preferable
