职位描述：
Main functions


1. Act as a Cashier for Company Bank payment, petty cash handling and other reimbursement like company credit card monthly reimbursement.

2. Reconciliation with Banking accounts and cash accounts.

3. Responsible for employee expense reimbursement.

4. Arrange payment notice every month and update accordingly.

5. In charge of Master data management for E-banking.

6. Ensure that payments are accurately and completely posted in SAP.

7. Prepare cash flow forecast weekly.

8. Review and follow up on employee cash/travel advance and other receivable.

9. Prepare import freight duty invoice to match with import RM invoice.

10. Handle Customer receivable Info.mail to colleagues, and posting in SAP.

11. SAFE register foreign receivables and advance payables.

12. Responsible for Vouchers filing and contract filing, voucher printed, Archive Keeping.

13. Attend weighting scrap and chips with warehouse keeper.

14. Assist annual auditor, stock taking.

15. Other work assigned by Finance Manager.







Knowledge & Experience Required

1. Bachelor degree or similar in Finance, Accounting.
2. 1 year working experience in finance and accounting area.
3. Familiar with ERP system, SAP is preferred.
4. Written and spoken English and Chinese language skills.
5. Good computer skills such as MS office and Excel.
6. Good communication and team spirit.
7. Personality Requirements: Honesty, Pro-active, High responsibility, Good initiative. 举报 分享
