Tasks:
? Transfer sales orders into production orders
? Production scheduling and daily updating
? Planning of machine-, tooling- and labor-capacity
? Prepare material requests
? Stock administration in the production area
? Production output and efficiency analyses
? Optimisation of production processes
? Define minimum and optimum batch quantities
? Define min. stock quantities
? Setup machine capacities in ERP
? Specify and control the required times for each manufacturing process
? Control of capacity usages in the production
? Take care that the materials are available and at the correct time at the correct places
? Spare part administration


Qualification:
? Bachelor degree with related subject
? At least 3 years experience in manufacturing planning and order controlling.
? Advanced skills in SAP, in particular in module PP
