职位描述：
Key Responsibilities / Duties & Responsibilities:
? Develop and implement purchasing policies & process and contract management instructions for Commercial spending;
? Potential vendor identification and development;
? Vendor evaluation and management;
? Contract negotiation in terms of price, lead time, payment term, etc.;
? PO implementation (PO placement, delivery follow up, payment, etc.);
? Support SVP to Identify synergy opportunities between Asia countries, analyze and recommend synergy plan to drive operational excellence;
? Collaborate with commercial team and vendors to drive continuous improvement in quality, delivery, service and costs;
? Other assignment from SVP of LWT Asia SCM;

Job Specifications(Experience & Knowledge):
Knowledge + skills + abilities + behaviors required for the job
? Bachelor degree or above with majored in Supply Chain or Marketing;
? Minimal 5 years’ experience in procurement/sourcing management ;
? Good communication and interpersonal skills for external and internal contacts;
? Good analytical abilities to assess the performance of suppliers against criteria such as quality, cost, reliability and financial stability;
? Strong ability of coordination;
? Service oriented and attentive to details;
? Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and proactive working attitude;
? Work with patience and independence;
? Integrity, trust;
? Strong negotiation skills;
? Fluency in both Chinese and English;
? Good command of office software such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint;

Work Conditions:
? This position is based in Shanghai but needs travelling to the other entities in China when required. 举报 分享
