职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Work together with related supplier and Osram Cross function engineers: Drive the supplier to handle the quality issue and improve the quality.
2. Set up the CTQ requested for the related supplier and incoming control. Monitor the supplier and make sure their process capability & quality performance meet Osram requested.
3. Work with process engineer, quality engineer and production planner for solve the related quality issue, reduce assembly relate scrap at production and reduce the extra labor loss.
4. Provide support for IQC incoming check and maintain the semicondor part test plan in system; provide the supplier technical & quality performance report regularly.
5. Create component sepcification --checking desginer' s request with related standard and guideline to define detail component spcification--then purchasing can search for available source with detail specificaiton
6. Component First soruce approval support---check and make a test report for the samples from pruchsing for new design --- send to R&D for final approval to support new design
7. Component qulaity support ---- check with production,R&D and supplier for component failure analysis ------Ensure component quality continue improvement
