RESPONSIBILITY
1) Works with global team for projects support, including new products development, new components / new supplier development, etc.
2) Responsible for daily supplier quality incidents support, including supplier incidents disposition, supplier 8D verification, supplier audit and supplier management review.
3) Monitors and optimizes make site internal SQE related flowchart / procedures.
4) Educates and deploys SQE related flowchart / procedures to all related functions.
5) Completely executes the global supplier management tools for same communication platform with global team.
6) Uses vendor assessment tools and performance monitoring to assess supplier system risk and takes actions accordingly.
QUALIFICATION
1) B.S. degree or above, majoring in EE, ME or other equivalent ones.
2) Good English language ability in reading, writing and speaking.
