The main objectives of the function
Responsible for HR generalist operations (HR Policy & Guideline, Compensation & Benefit, Training & ER, HRIS) for SMEC in cooperation with central HR, to deliver HR operations excellence and in accordance with the company's strategy.
 
Major Responsibilities
List major responsibilities of this position, list them in descending order of importance
HR Policy & Guideline
– Support to set up HR strategy planning.
– Implement HR concepts.
– Provide the consultant on the company regulations (incl. employee handbook, recruitment procedure, training procedure etc.) improvement.
– Fix the company standard version documents related to employment, such as contracts, agreements etc.
– Implement incentive proposals.
–Ensure the evaluation system run properly.
– Advice on the welfare system optimize.

Compensation & Benefit
– Draft the annual budget.
– Advice on cost control.
– Bonus scheme set up and calculation.
– Implement the incentive system.
– Implement the welfare system.
–Support on calculate and check the salary, social insurance, housing fund and tax calculation monthly
- Hands-on works to finalize the payroll and social insurance

Training& development
– Set up training plans and training policy.
– Control training cost.
–Ensure the carry out of the training plan

Employee relationship
– Listen to the staff’s opinion on the company.
– Make suggestions for the improvement of the relationship between the company and the staff.
– Deal with lawsuits (including preparing all kinds of documents and appearing in court).
– Consulting regarding problems related to labor law.
– Deal with termination or resignation issues, such as exit interview to the quit staff to get their real idea to avoid the same problem in future.
– Keep an eye on the working atmosphere in the company.
– Organize company activities and enhance the employee engagement.
- HRIS maintenance and update
- Personal file maintenance
- HR projects involvement

Job Responsibilities:
? Provide assistance in HR daily operation
? Responsible for employee files management and HRIS system maintenance
? Support Manager in the entire recruiting process. Familiar with new hire requisition, creating and maintaining job descriptions, post open positions using various resources, prescreening and submitting most qualified applicants, schedule in person interview and new hire on board procedure.
? Be responsible for New Hire Training
? Provide back up support for employee relationship management.
? In charge of employee agreements conclude, renew and terminate.
? Other tasks assigned by Manager

Job Requirements:
1.1-2 years or more of HR experience, experience as headhunter preferred
2.Skillful in using EXCEL, PPT and other office software
3.Familiar with PRC labor & tax laws and regulations;
4.Good team work with people having diverse background
5.Fluent in both written and spoken English
6.Familiar with different recruitment channels and their effectiveness
7.Strong sense of confidentiality and service, quick response and ef
