职位描述：
工作内容：
- Perform new product development sample inspection and facilitate supplier sample development progress and quality control; on-site sample preparation, control limit samples’ training to supplier etc.
执行开发新样品的检验并促进供应商的产品开发进度和质量控制;现场的样品取样,对供应商进行控制样品标准的培训等.
- Perform In-process and finished product inspections on mechanical and electrical products in time according to shipment schedule and inspection arrangement.
根据出货计划和检验安排执行结构件和电子件的过程检验和成品检验.
- Follow up with supplier for short term and long term improvement plans according to inspection findings and drive supplier continuous improvement.
跟踪供应商针对检验发现的短期和长期改善计划并促进供应商的持续改进.

任职要求：
- Junior College graduated with science and engineering background
大专或以上学历，理工科专业背景;
- Good command of English both reading and writing, CET 4 and above preferred, can complete inspection report in English independently
具有良好的英语读写能力, 英语四级及以上优先, 能够独立完成英文检验报告
- Good communication skills and learning ability
具有良好的与人沟通和学习能力;
- 5+ years work experience. 2+ years relative inspection experience in mechanical and electrical products preferred
5年以上工作经验, 2年或以上相关结构和电子件验货工作经验者优先;
- Familiar with stamping, machining, welding, polishing, painting, injection, plating processes, electrical assembly.
熟悉冲压, 机械加工, 焊接, 抛光, 喷涂, 注塑, 电镀,电子组装等过程
- Preferred with supplier evaluation and factory audit experiences
希望有相关供应商评估和工厂审核的经验
- Preferred to be familiar with quality control tools, such as process flow chart, FEMA, control plan, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action plan etc.
