Responsibilities:
职责：
1. Be familiar with admin processes;
   熟悉管理流程;
1. Work with all levels of business operations to develop Water Generator certification strategy and
  lead overall certification program;
  与业务运营的各个层面合作，开发空气制水机的认证策略，引导整体认证计划；
2. Work with global teams from all cross functional teams to develop design certification packages.
  Certification scope covers all Water Generator and parts of it (CCC, TUV, CE, RoHS, NSF, UL,
  ETL, GRS, CSA etc);
  与所有相关职能的全球团队共同开发设计认证包。认证范围涵盖了所有的空气制水机和它的零件
 （CCC，TUV，CE，ROHS，NSF，UL，ETL，GRS，CSA等）；
3. Interpret technical regulations/codes of different countries (eg. US, China etc.), and make
  practical application to equipment designs;
  解释不同国家（如美国，中国等）的技术法规/规范，并对设备设计进行实际应用；
4. Liaise with Engineering/Services/Sourcing/Suppliers to ensure proper communication and
  fulfillment of compliance & certification requirements in a timely and cost effective manner;
  与工程/服务/采购/供应商联系，以确保及时和具有成本效益的方式适当的沟通和法规遵从性和认证要
  求履行；
5. Provide technical assistance/be responsible for agency liaison interface to communicate system
  designs, commercial priorities, and program schedule for compliance and certification issues
  during product development;
  提供技术援助/负责机构联络接口的系统设计的沟通，商业优先级以及合规性和认证项目的节目时间表。
6. Assist in resolving manufacturing, design and field problems for compliance & certification
  issues;
  协助解决合规性及认证的问题制造，设计和现场问题;
7. Generate, collect, control and maintain documentation of compliance/certification related plans,
  reports and final compliance/certification package;
  生成，收集，控制和维护的合规性/认证相关的计划，报告和最终达标/认证包文档;
8. Develop new processes required for executing compliance/certification requirements;

9. Develop clear compliance guides/input for design practices.

Qualifications and requirements:
任职资格
1. Bachelor or Master degree in industrial engineering related or engineering background
  本科或硕士学历，相关工业工程类或工程背景;
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in regulatory and certification;
  至少5年的监管和认证经验;
3. Willing to learn water generator knowledge ;
  愿意学习制水相关知识；
4. Good interpersonal & communication skills to work with global cross functional teams;
  良好的人际沟通能力以及与全球相关职能团队的合作;
5. Systematic thinking mind-set, self-oriented, flexible to assignment per business urgency;
  系统化思考的思维模式，自我导向的，可以根据紧急情况进行灵活任命的;
6. Strong English oral/written communication skills;
  较强的英语口头/书面沟通技巧;
7. Experience in a foreign company is a plus.

Since March 2007, EcoloBlue has been sustaining and supporting Water issues
