岗位职责：
1. 店面整体活动策划创意、方案制定、组织实施
2. 大型活动场面布置、方案设计及实施工作
职位要求
1. 大学本科及以上学历
2. 3年以上企划工作经验，其中至少有一次的单独策划大型活动的经验
3. 良好的沟通力、优秀的文字表达能力，市场敏锐力，吃苦耐劳
4. 极强的管理、协调、沟通能力，做事有条理，善于处理繁杂事务，能够承受工作压力、对市场营销工作有深刻理解
5. 良好的团队协作精神，为人诚实可靠、品行端正、具有亲和力，较强的独立工作能力和公关能力。

薪资待遇
企划待遇=底薪+提成+奖金。
门店企划属于市场部，所以提成适合活动力度有关，活动力度大，签单多，所得奖金就越多。
