Customer Service Manager
Purpose of the role:
Responsible for communication, maintenance, service of customers, handle for the feedback of the customers, to guide and assess the work of underling.
Scope & Relationships:
Report to GM
Main Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for passing the demand of the customers to the relevant departments of the company;
2. Responsible for communicating with customers about the problems happened in co-operation and to find the best solution;
3. Responsible for the communication of engineering issues, technology issues and other issues.
4. To visit customers, and listen to clients;
5. Customer satisfaction surveys and evaluation.
6. Customer feedback for the internal transfer;
7. Tracking solving process of problem;
8. Evaluation of satisfaction of problem solving;
9. Return the results of solved problems to customers;
10. Treatment evaluation of customer feedback.
11. Responsible for guiding the work of subordinates also carried out performance evaluation;
12.To complete other tasks assigned sales manager
Experience:
Minimum 3 year experiences in customer service, familiar with mechanics,electrics,hydraulic.
Qualifications
1. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
2. Good experience in heavy equipment customer service.
3. Demonstrated ability to execute and drive results.
4. Good English communication skills.
