Your Tasks
1. Implement and follow the company’s strategies, values and decisions in China
2. Identify and map sales leads and convert leads to sustainable sales
3. Initiate and improve customer relations via customer interaction, with special emphasis on customer visits to active and potential customers
4. Provide customers with technical advice and value proposals.
5. Drive activities (e.g. marketing, promotion, claim handling etc.) towards the customers
6. Team up with Application, Business Engineers and/or Customer Support to finalize customer orders
7. Provide customer feedback and information to the company that contributes to the development of the company (e.g. business opportunities, legislations, competition, product development)
8. Sales and profitability development for customers within North China
9. Reporting on weekly and monthly basis, and business review on bi-annual basis, as per guidelines from Team Leader.
Your Key Competences
1. University degree in major of HVAC, Thermodynamics, Heat Transfer or Fluid Mechanics.
2. Has at least 3 years technical sales experience in related industry. Heating or HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air-Conditioning) area is preferred.
3. Background with experience in selling components or systems to multiple stakeholder/consultant/design institute projects (especially supplying to large commercial / residential / infrastructure building projects) is much preferred.
4. Fluent in spoken and written English
5. Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office software and basic understanding of calculation tools
