NexSilicon also provides system tools including RTM and PAT system. RTM system is a patented software for Real Time Test Monitoring on manufacturing testing status and procedure, covering all kinds of mainstream ATE platforms. RTM system has been implemented on more than 500 sets of testers in Tire 1 assembly & testing houses including JCAP, TFME and etc. PAT system means Part Averaging Testing System that NexSilicon developed to execute SPAT/DPAT for wafer probing and Final test.
NexSilicon was founded in 2016, headquarter in Shanghai with 2 subsidiary offices in Silicon Valley and Suzhou.
