Product and Service

As the world’s leading expert in high-end cable and connect solutions, Nexans emphasizes product research and development, and customer service experience. In 2019, the research and development investment amounted to EUR 1 million, and 59 patents were filed in the same year. So far, the Group has registered a total of 1800 portfolio patents. Nexans’ services and solutions cover the entire industrial chain in four areas: Building & Territories (utilities, emobility, ect.), High Voltage & Projects (offshore wind farms, subsea interconnections, land high voltages, etc.), Telecom & Data (data transformation, telecom networks, hyperscale data centers, LAN, etc.), Industry & Solutions (renewable energy, transportation, oil & gas, automation, etc.). Nexans China

Nexans entered the Chinese market in the 1980s and is committed to contributing to China's economic development. For decades, we have been providing advanced technologies, high-quality products, and reliable services to our clients in China. In 2001, the headquarter of Nexans Greater China was established in Shanghai. In 2018, Nexans’ Industrial Solutions and Projects Business Group, one of its four global business groups, was headquartered in Shanghai. Today, apart from Shanghai, Nexans has offices in Beijing, Ji’nan, Dalian, Chengdu, Xi’an, Shenzhen and Hongkong, and plants in Suzhou, Yanggu, and Tianjin.
