职位描述：
Specialist Waste to Energy Engineer

German-Sino Joint Venture Company plans to build and operate 5-8 large MSW treatment projects in China in the next 3-5 years. The construction of the first project has already commenced in Guangdong Province. The projects will typically contain Waste to Energy (WTE) incineration plants. The Company is seeking a specialist WTE engineer to support the Chief Technical Officer (foreigner) in ensuring that all projects have suitable, effective WTE plants and to support the project teams in operating, maintaining and optimising the operations of these plants.

Job location: The candidate will be a member of the Specialist Technical Team based out of the Company’s head office located in Guangzhou. However the candidate will be required to travel and work extensively at the various project sites throughout China.

Responsibilities:
? Assist in the preparation of bids for potential projects.
? Assist in preparation of technical tender documents for WTE EPC Contracts
? Assist in evaluating bid submissions for WTE EPC Contracts
? Supervise engineering design work of WTE EPC Suppliers
? Provide leadership and direction and be involved in the supervision for the construction and installation work of the WTE EPCs and control quality
? Lead, direct, coordinate and supervise the commissioning of the WTE Plants
? Assist and train WTE managers, operators and workers in the effective operation and maintenance of the WTE plants
? Optimise the WTE plants and create synergies between the different WTE Plants at the various projects
? Develop a robust management and maintenance system
? Develop KPIs and gather information and produce reports to management on all aspects of the WTE Plants.
? Liaise with authorities and other stakeholders and assist in permitting, etc.
? Assist the CTO and be his deputy in all aspects of the WTE Plant activities.
? Provide guidance to Plant General Managers as necessary in their WTE activities.
? Work with other technical specialists in the Specialist Technical team to ensure smooth interfaces and operations between the various operational areas of each project.


Required skills and experience:
? More than 10 years experience in MSW WTE industry in China ideally with more than 5 years in a WTE engineering company and more than 5 years a WTE operating company.
? Comprehensive understanding of the characteristics of Chinese MSW.
? Deep knowledge and understanding of the applicable Chinese regulations related to waste incineration.
? Extensive knowledge and understanding of typical and state of the art technologies used in China and internationally for treatment of MSW leachate and condensate (industrial waste water).
? Good knowledge of the technology suppliers and relevant equipment suppliers in the Chinese and international WTE market.
? Rich experience in on-site coordination and supervision work for installation and commissioning.
? Rich experience in the operation and maintenance of WTE Plants
? Excellent leadership and communications skills.
? Team player.

2015年5月，广东省广晟资产经营有限公司、中德金属集团有限公司和德国欧绿保集团三方在香港合资成立欧晟绿色燃料（香港）有限公司。欧晟公司运用欧洲先进的第三代绿色燃料生活垃圾处理技术，通过独特的分选工艺对垃圾进行严格分类，回收可再生物质并去除有害物质，大幅提高垃圾资源化与能源化利用率且显著降低污染物的排放。
    
欧晟公司在德国运营三个生活垃圾处理厂，处理柏林近一半的生活垃圾。有一家工厂甚至位于柏林市区毗邻巧克力工厂、轻轨站、医院及居民区。自2005年投入运营以来，长期满足严格的德国环保标准，为广大公众所接受。欧晟公司的愿景是通过对第三代生活垃圾处理技术的持续研发，结合中国市政生活垃圾的特点，实现欧洲先进技术在中国的推广运用。

2015年12月，欧晟绿色燃料（揭阳）有限公司成立，注册资本2.18亿元，是欧晟绿色燃料（香港）有限公司在中国内地的首个项目公司，该项目基地位于广东省揭阳市中德金属生态城，是中德两国合作的重点灯塔式示范项目，也是揭阳市环境保护的重要基础设施之一。

2018年8月，东江环保 (00895)通过公开摘牌方式受让欧晟绿色燃料(香港)有限公司所持的欧晟绿色燃料(揭阳)有限公司37.1%股权。通过参股揭阳欧晟参与建设及运营揭阳垃圾PPP项目,有利于东江环保进入生活垃圾焚烧发电业务,填补东江环保在该领域的空白。

欧晟绿色燃料（揭阳）有限公司进行投资、设计、建设和运营的揭阳绿源垃圾综合处理和资源利用项目， 覆盖揭阳市主城区全部生活垃圾，一期建设规模日处理生活垃圾1000吨，总规模2000吨。建设内容包括MBT垃圾预处理+25MW焚烧发电+垃圾渗滤液污水处理。项目焚烧发电部分已于2019年5月并网进入试运行阶段；MBT垃圾预处理部分计划于2020年底建成投产。

工作时间：
 1、管理、技术、检修和行政人员 每周五天工作制。
 2、生产运行人员 四班三倒，上六休二。
