Responsibilities:
1. To source suppliers globally, select and identify new brands and new products so to meet company business needs.
2. To make initial contacts and first round of negotiations with suppliers, keep good meeting records, and do due diligence of the documents that the supplier provided.
3. To coordinate and organize in-depth negotiations between Eaglestar senior managers with the suppliers; assist in negotiating terms and conditions in the “Agreements”.
4. To travel overseas regularly, audit suppliers and build long term quality business relationships.
5. To support Sales and Marketing teams for promotion and marketing activities in China.
6. To run and implement Continuous Improvement projects in global Supply Chain Management field.

Qualifications:
1、 25 years or above, a citizen of USA, Australia or other western countries; born, grown-up and educated in the country;
2、 At least bachelor degree, preferably in Business or Commerce, ideally majored in International Trade or Supply Chain Management;
3、 Who is APICS or CIPS certified will stand out;
4、 Great commercial negotiation skills; be able to work in an oriental-culture business.
