职位描述


1. Fully responsible for Admin works,such as shuttle bus, business car, air ticket, hotel, courier, reception, cleaning, etc. to provide best service.
负责项目的相关行政服务工作,如班车、商务车、机票、酒店、快递、前台、卫生、手机费等,提供优质的后勤保障;

2. Expatriate administration support,Assit HR to collect the documents to the help foreigner to get(Dispatch Letter, Invitation Letter preparation ,Work Permit and residence permit application and renewal);
外籍行政事务支持,协助办理外籍的邀请信、派遣信、工作证及居留许可申请及延期的有关资料

3. Establishing and perfecting related Admin policy and procedure/process to ensure the effective implementation in site
建立并完善行政相关政策及制度流程,,并确保其在site的执行

4. Coordinate and manage admin team and implement performance management effectively.
行政团队的工作协调、管理及绩效评估。

5. Control and reduce Admin cost, at same time to improve service quality.
控制并降低行政成本、同时不断提高行政服务质量。

6. Provide Admin. reports and professional analysis accurately and punctually.
准时、准确提供行政报表及专业分析。

7. Assist other dept. to manage supplier and service contract and facilities etc.
协助相关部门做好供应商管理、合同的管理、行政设施管理等。

8. To ensure the consumable in safety store and timely purchase.
确保行政用品、耗材的及时采购及安全库存管理。


职位要求:
1. More than 3 years of related experience in manufactory, Project preferred.
3年以上制造行业或项目工作经验

2.Strong ability in planning 、organization and communication.
良好的计划、组织和沟通能力

3.Good analytical skill and negotiation skill.
良好的分析和谈判能力

4. Be patient and able to work under pressure
有耐心的,并能承受一定的工作压力
