JOB TITLE: SOURCING Manager 服装厂开发经理

WORING HOURS: Working hours 9am-6:00pm and O/T is calculated in your salary, Saturday 1/2 day.

SALARY RANGE: RMB8,000-RMB10,000 depends on English/Attitude and Experience.

We are looking for a sourcing girl to join the company.

Sourcing Responsibilities职责:

• Experience in merchandising and sourcing experience for a supplier base across China.
• 具有丰富的工厂跟单及工厂开发经验。

• Negotiate with suppliers on commercial issue to get new suppliers as company request.
• 能够以商业的头脑和工厂谈判, 吸引新的工厂加入我们公司。

• Develop sourcing strategies and garment cost reduction.
• 制定开发策略并控制服装报价。

• Manage and train new suppliers to meet company request and resolve quality issues
• 跟进并培训新工厂达到公司需求，并解决大货质量问题。

• Develop and establish sound working relationship with suppliers
• 协助新工厂和公司建立起友好的合作关系。

Experience Required职能要求:

• Relevant experience in sourcing garments factory.
• 有相关的服装工厂开发经验。

• Proficient in both spoken and Written Chinese ,Cantonese and English
• 能流利的读说写普通话，粤语及英语。

• Many years experience in sourcing, procurement and quality assurance.
• 有丰富 的开发，采购，质量控制工作经验。

• Willing to travel
• 乐于出差。
