Position Description                                                                     

The incumbent will be responsible for stamping and archiving work, assisting the Director of University Office in daily management and external affairs, etc., and completing other tasks assigned by the Director of University Office.

 

Duties and Responsibilities  

· Assist in the archives management and implement the rules and regulations of  the university’s archives administration.

· Responsible for receiving, collecting, sorting out, identifying, calculating and preserving all kinds of files and related materials.

· Responsible for the filing work of electronic documents.

· Regularly inspect and summarize the number of archived files, the file in and outs, and the preservation and utilization of archives.

· Collect and distribute letters, newspaper, periodicals, and other mails for the University Office.

· Complete other tasks assigned by the Director of University Office.

Required Job Specifications                                                            

·Required qualification / academic degree: bachelor degree or above from an internationally recognized university, major in library science, archives science, information science, management, etc. would be an advantage.

·Required experience: preferably relevant working experience in higher educational institutions.
